多学科协作诊疗模式下以案例为基础的教学法在(3)

综上所述，MDT模式联合CBL教学法应用于本科生的儿科临床见习效果好，有利于提高学生的自学能力、团队协作能力、分析解决问题的能力，具有很好的应用价值及推广前景。但是在实际工作中也存在一些问题，如教师缺乏多学科诊疗教学经验、没有专门的教材、学生查询资料时间长、分析病例抓不住重点等，在今后的工作中，我们将不断总结经验，发现问题，因材施教，探索出更灵活、高效的教学方法。
